Apple Announced iPhone 5 in Event – Detailed Specifications

After making us keep waiting for months long period, Apple has at last announced the 5th generation iPhone. A lot of colorful speculations were made about this new device which was expected to be announced by Apple on the same date, that is 12 September 2012. The speculations about the new iPhone 5 were not only related to the launch date rather most of them were about specifications, features and performance related things. Interestingly this time, Apple security to control the rumors was again failed and the design of iPhone 5 is not very different from what it was rumored. The wait is finally over and after a lapse of about one and a half year, Apple has changed the shape of new iPhone which was required.

After the huge disappointment which with the launch of iPhone 4S, Apple has ensured not to repeat the same mistake again and has released a top class product which is sufficient to compete with any other smartphone in the market like, Samsung Galaxy S III and other Android devices. Apple lovers must be happy to have this iPhone in their hands once it is there in the market for sale on 21 September 2012.

Apple iPhone 5 is larger in size especially in terms of screen size with 4 inch retina display. Apple has mentioned on their website that the size of iPhone 5 is bigger than previous which will be sufficient for users. Here it should also be mentioned that Apple has made it clear that a smartphone should not be large enough to give the look of tablet. Those who were comparing iPhone with Samsung Galaxy or HTC, should not take size into consideration.
